Matthew Foley, BTh

Matthew Foley grew up in Tuscaloosa, Alabama in a Spirit-filled home. Even from a young age, he had a special interest in God’s Word, end-times, and theology.

After discovering the ministry of Perry Stone in 2012, Matthew was drawn to move to Cleveland, TN. Eventually, he enrolled in Lee University where he earned a bachelor’s degree in theology with a minor in biblical languages, including Hebrew and Greek.

During his freshman year at Lee, Dr. Bryan Cutshall, the president of ISOW Bible College, invited Matthew to do voiceover work for ISOW. Two years later, he began working with ISOW doing voice-over work and not long afterward joined the ISOW writing team as a researcher and writer. Sensing a teaching gift in Matthew, in January 2020, Dr. Cutshall invited him to develop and teach his first course. Ever since, Matthew has provided content for and been a featured instructor on multiple ISOW teachings.

Matthew married his wife, Kayla in 2021. She is currently pursuing her law degree. Both Matthew and Kayla have a passion to see God’s presence rest upon God’s people, empowering them to accomplish His work in this world.

Dr. Charles Ruark is a retired Emergency Physician who, prior to his retirement in 2011, had been board certified by the American Board of Emergency Medicine and a Fellow of the American College of Emergency Physicians since 1984.

He did his undergraduate training at Tulane University where he received a B.S. in mathematics and graduated Phi Beta Kappa. His post-graduate training took place at the University of Alabama School of Medicine in Birmingham where he achieved Alpha Omega Alpha, the national medical honor society, an honor signifying a lasting commitment to professionalism, leadership, scholarship, research, and community service. Dr. Ruark did his residency training at Vanderbilt University. While there he met his wife, Dr. Deborah J. Stewart, who did her undergraduate, medical school, and residency at Vanderbilt University. Debbie was a brilliant

Ophthalmologist who went home to be with the Lord on February 4th, 2021. They have one son, David Ruark.

Since his conversion to Christianity in the mid 1970’s, Dr. Ruark has had a tremendous interest in the Bible and Christian theology. He has published several books including “The Koran Unveiled: A Comparison of the Quran and the Bible”; “Allah Revealed: Koran Commentary in Light of the Bible”; “The Mark of the Antichrist Revealed”; “Mark of the Beast”; and, “Days of the Seventh Angel Revealed”.

Around 2005, Dr. Ruark began his study of the architectural structure of the temple described in Ezekiel 40-48. It is commonly referred to as Ezekiel’s Temple because it was the prophet Ezekiel who received the vision described in these chapters. Based on the geometry of the Cross, he discovered an important geometric principle that allowed for the exact resolution of this structure completely consistent with the language of Ezekiel. In the latter part of the 2010’s, Dr. Ruark became part of the ISOW Bible College faculty, dedicating his focus to a continued exploration of Ezekiel 40-48 and the architectural structure it describes that he now refers to as the Millennial Temple.
